First, we’ll take a deep dive into your offerings to dial in the language we use to talk about them—how we communicate its value, resonate with your target market, and generate excitement.


After going through this process, clients often tell me that they see their business in a new light and that they suddenly understand how to talk about the value their products and services offer.

What's Included

4 content strategy coaching calls

We'll have a weekly hour-long coaching call during Weeks 1-4 to work on your content strategy. This is where we will:

  • Dial in your messaging so you can craft content that speaks directly to your ideal customers.
  • Identify which social/content platforms to focus on so you can get in front of as many of your ideal customers as quickly as possible.
  • Develop your content calendar by identifying 25-50 specific content topics and turning each topic into a concise outline that will streamline the writing (or recording) process.
  • Help you get started creating content by giving you tools and strategies for turning an outline into a compelling post.

8 Content Reviews

I'll review a piece of content each week during Weeks 5-12. In reviewing each piece of content, I'll provide actionable feedback and suggested edits with a focus on the following:

  • Hook: How you're grabbing your audience's attention to get them to keep reading (or watching).
  • Structure: How your post is organized to be clear and compelling.
  • Flow: How your post flows overall, including transitions.
  • Grammar: Common grammar mistakes that diminish your credibility.
  • Conciseness: How your post compellingly communicates its key points in the shortest length possible.
  • Call to Action: How your post prompts the reader (or viewer) to take action.

8 Content Check-In Calls

We'll have a weekly 30-minute coaching call during Weeks 5-12 to check in on the content creation process. The focus of these calls shifts based on the support you need, but in general we use this time for the following:

  • Reviewing and discussing any feedback you received from a content review, including taking a look at any improvements you've made based on my feedback.
  • Analyzing content performance and suggesting tactics for improving your reach and engagement.
  • Identifying and dissecting your top-performing posts so we can incorporate the most successful elements into future content.
  • Discussing strategies and tactics for repurposing and repackaging your content for other formats and platforms.

Ongoing Support via Voxer

You'll have unlimited 12-week access to me via Voxer so you can always reach out to me as questions arise. This is perfect for when you have a question that you need answered before our next call together.

What kind of feedback will I get on my content?

When reviewing your content, I look at its messaging, structure, grammar, style, and overall flow. For written content, I’ll leave comments via Google Docs, along with a screenshare video walking you through my comments. For video and audio content, I’ll send written feedback, along with a screenshare video.

Why is it important to repurpose my content?

Putting energy into any piece of content and only using it once is, well, a waste of time. Instead of treating your posts as “disposable,” we identify your most successful posts and repackage them so you can leverage them on other platforms.

This allows you to reach different audience segments and reinforce your messaging, saving time and effort while increasing overall visibility.

How much time will I spend each week creating content?

The exact number of hours depends on several factors, including the type and length of content you’re creating. For example, recording a 20-minute YouTube video will take significantly longer than writing a 200-word Facebook post.

The good news is that creating content is like muscle training—the more content you create, the easier (and quicker) the process becomes.

How long do content coaching clients normally work with you?

My goal is to help you develop the toolkit to create powerful content without relying on my help. This takes longer for some clients than others, but I work with most clients for three months to get to that point.
